Chardonnay 80% and Pinot Noir 20%, first pressing juices only from selected vineyards including a majority of “coeur de cuvée” pressing juices. All grapes come from Les Riceys.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel vasts followed by malolactic fermentation. Maturation in cellar : 30 months in our cellar
Pale golden robe. The nose reveals flowers aromas, lemon zest. On the palate, fresh, intense, pleasant aromatic palette of white peach, pear and flowers such as hawthorn and acacia.
